US Shipping-
All shipping is done through the US Postal Service, either First Class or Priority Mail. Delivery Confirmation is on all packages from USPS, but not tracking. Some items are offered for free shipping. If you combine these with other items, you will still be charged shipping on the other items only. If you are placing a larger order, please contact me before ordering. I may be able to discount the shipping some for you. Especially for fabric orders over 8 yards.
International Shipping-
International shipping is expensive but I try to keep my charges as close to the actual charges as I can. Please contact me if you are concerned about shipping charges. International orders are shipped through USPS.
Payment-
Paypal is the ONLY method of payment accepted for international orders! Paypal is also preferred for all other transactions. It is much safer and more reliable than depending on the Postal Service to deliver payment. US Postal Money Orders are also accepted, but the products will NOT be shipped until the bank has cleared the money order. Usually 4-5 business days. Please be sure to send all payments via a secure method.
Returns-
Returns are accepted on all items except custom orders. Credit will be given in the form of merchandise credit. Cash refunds are not given. Merchandise MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW CONDITION. Shipping charges are not refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Credit will not be issued until returned merchandise is received.
Custom orders-
Returns are usually not accepted on custom orders unless the product is defective, but I assure that I will do my best to be sure that you are a satisfied customer. Work on custom orders usually takes 2-3 weeks unless fabric needs to be ordered. You may contact me for a time estimate before placing an order if you wish.
Products-
All Jubilee Homestyle products are machine wash/dry on gentle cycle. Due to the availability of fabrics, the plaid designs might vary slightly from the pictures shown. This happens only occasionally and I will always keep the colors consistent. Please contact me before ordering if you have any concerns in this area.
Fabrics-
Fabric dye lots will vary from bolt to bolt. Orders for the same fabric placed at a later date may be from a different dye lot and may not exactly match the first order. Please contact me for an additional shipping discount if you are ordering more than 8 yards total of fabric.
